26 Title II update (11/25/2025)
Title II Coordinators: Superintendents will be emailed GANS next week. GAPS budgets will also be loaded. The 26 Title II GEMS application is due December 8.  Contact your program manager if an extension is needed.  
26 Title I Update (11/21/2025)
GANS for 26 Title I will be sent to superintendents. GEMS final allocations and indirect costs will be loaded along with GAPS budgets.  Please ensure the signed GAN is returned to jrhodes@ed.sc.gov.   Please contact Jennifer Rhodes, Sharay Mosley or Sarah Wagers with questions or concerns. 
26 N&D GEMS application Update (11/19/2025)
GANS for 26 N&D will be sent to superintendents this week.  GEMS applications will be loaded along with GAPS budgets.  Please ensure the signed GAN is returned to jrhodes@ed.sc.gov.  N&D GEMS applications due date: 12/19/25.  Please contact Jennifer Rhodes with questions or concerns. 
26 Title II GEMS application update (11/4/2025)
Title II Coordinators: The 26 Title II GEMS application will be loaded within the week. Coordinators may go ahead and work to submit the project by Monday, December 8.  Once the GAN has completed it's routing, superintendents will be emailed and budgets will be loaded into GAPS at that time.  
25 Title IV GAPS Update (3/27/2025)
Title IV Coordinators and Finance Representatives: Be advised that GAPS will require the identification of content area for submission of claims.  This action will take effect within the next couple of business days.  Coordinators should communicate directly with finance regarding which of the three content areas a claim is associated with.  This requirement is related to SCDE CSPR data reporting.  Please contact Jennifer Rhodes or Sarah Wagers with questions or concerns.
