26 Title II GEMS application update (11/4/2025)
Title II Coordinators: The 26 Title II GEMS application will be loaded within the week. Coordinators may go ahead and work to submit the project by Monday, December 8.  Once the GAN has completed it's routing, superintendents will be emailed and budgets will be loaded into GAPS at that time.  
15% reminder (6/17/2025)
Title I Directors- Be reminded of the 15% expectation regarding 25 Title I. Also note the new carryover limitation letter presented at ESSA Academy. Email jrhodes or slwagers with questions or concerns. 

 

25 Title IV GAPS Update (3/27/2025)
Title IV Coordinators and Finance Representatives: Be advised that GAPS will require the identification of content area for submission of claims.  This action will take effect within the next couple of business days.  Coordinators should communicate directly with finance regarding which of the three content areas a claim is associated with.  This requirement is related to SCDE CSPR data reporting.  Please contact Jennifer Rhodes or Sarah Wagers with questions or concerns.
